Pulsing Issues with Monday.com/Zapier

Can anyone help provide insight into the pulsing issues we’re having?

We input pulse-5555555555@companyName.monday.com in the BCC part of the email in order to pulse the Updates for our projects, and it inconsistently appears in the Updates section for a project. We populate it into the BCC portion of the email so the client doesn’t see it.

These emails are sent with automations via Zapier (Monday → Zapier → Outlook). Is there a better to pulse the monday record instead of the way I’m currently doing it?
