I hope you can give me some advise or solutions to the following Problem.
In my company we use Monday Pro with 15 licences for Power users and the rest of the company (around 70 people and still increasing) are invited as watchers.
If people want to order something I want them to fill out a form in which they need to enter their e-mail.
In my board I would like an automatation that checks if this user is existing and then asign this user to my board so that he can see only his request and no others.
Furthermore I’d like to implement an order process from worker → Team Leader-> Section Chief->Chief of Finances
In short:
- Check if mail exists and asign the user to the board if it exists
- Set up view Permissions
- Order Process
Is there a way doing this without upgrading to enterprise?
Any help would be appreciated.
