We are trying to bring over Outlook calendar events into Monday, but we are encountering problems around multi-day events. Currently we can only set up the integration to fill in Start Date and End Date as Date and Date 1 in the Monday item. This means that 3-day events or longer are only showing the first and last day. Ideally, we would like to be able to pull Outlook Calendar events into the Timeline column. Is this possible with the current integration settings? Alternatively, can we set up automation so that Timeline populates from Date and Date 1?
Outlook calendar internals are complex. The way Outlook stores timed and untimed multi-day events is quirky even before you add time zones. We have a 3rd Party tool that has this built-in, so you don’t have to use a script. If you are interested check out CompanionLink for Monday
I double checked today and it seems to handle multi-day appointments just fine with Monday.
