Outlook Integration pull attachements

When using a GMAIL integration to add incoming emails as an update all attachments and pictures come into the Monday.com pulse. However this same functionality does not appear to exist with an Outlook integration. I am unable to get attachments and pictures to pull into Monday. Am I missing a setting or is this a known issue? If it is a known issue is there a timeline to have this feature added to Outlook Integrations?

Second this! We are waiting for this to work aswell. I do have (2) workarounds for you.

Easy work around is

Send an email
a. What you do here is get your integration email by clicking your name bottom left->MyProfile->Email integration->Get the 2 board ID not the pulse id
b. Go to the board you want get the board ID
c. Then that will be the email you forward to from outlook
d. ENJOY!!!

Second work around only if you want to get the senders email you would use power automate.
You can use Power Automate. Since you have O365 this would work.

Create a flow

  1. When email arrvies
  2. Send an email
    a.What you do here is get your integration email by clicking your name bottom left->MyProfile->Email integration->Get the 2 boardid not the pulse id
    b. Go to the board you want get the board ID
    c. Then that will be the email you forward to in power automate.
    d. Enter the From:eld into the forward email
    e. Enter attachment field
    f. Enter bodt field into the body
    g. ENJOY!!!
