Create Monday.com items via Outlook

Hi everyone,
I have turned on the outlook integration and setup this item:

When I receive an email that has an actionable item in it, I want to forward it to myself, changing the subject name to ‘Add to Monday’, and it will automatically add to my To-Do list board.

I have tried this, but nothing appears in my board. Am I using it incorrectly?

Have you tried using the “include” function instead of “is”?

I’d also like to know, when you forward it to yourself, does it go into your main inbox? It will have to go into your main inbox in order to be picked up by the integration. I’d love to hear whether this works for you now!

I tried to change it to Include instead, but it still didn’t work.
Yes they go to my main inbox. Any other ideas? TIA

Have you tried just forwarding the email directly to the board? Every board has an email address like board-123456789@yoursite.monday.com
