Background:
I manage a couple of workspaces on the company account where each workspace is a client project containing a number of boards, docs and forms.
It is quite alright to track all the files posted on the individual workboards via the “file gallery view” and I like that I can easily download a .zip file of them.
Current situation:
When I complete a project, I pull the account details from administrative board and filter the Excel files by project name so that I can easily give them to the client as additional documentation.
Request:
I also want to be able to easily download all the files from a workspace.
Including: Files from boards, files posted in updates/communication and files such as PDFs that are stored in docs.
Is there an easy way to download all these files for a project/workspace at once? Like a file manager that shows all the files in a workspace?
The account_data assets folder is not really helpful when you are working on multiple projects & internal boards and not every file is perfectly named.
Any ideas? Have I missed a simple way or feature? If not, what is the easiest way to achieve this or are there any features planned for the future?
