We work with people all over the world and collect some information from forms, including phone numbers. On the Monday board they are formatted correctly but the breakdown comes when I use an automation to send an email with their phone number pulled from the board. It shows as just a string of numbers without a clear distinction of what the country code is, which can be confusing as country codes can range from 1-3 numbers. It would be helpful for the phone number to be written in emails like it is on the board or at least with the +(country code) (rest of the number) format, like +27 12 233 222 or +27 12233222 instead of 2712233222.
