how can I populate email field based on assigned user? Since the Monday knows the email for each user, how I can populate the email field once I assign the user?

Hi there, these users being assigned to an item, and you want the email address associated with their user to populate into another column? Is that correct?
If so, currently there is not an automation that would populate this result into an Email Column. That said, you could use a Formula Column and this formula {People#Emails} to achieve this.
