Populating Connect Board Columns Thru Automation

Every 1st of the month, I am creating a new item in a board which mimics the month’s before item. I do not see how to auto-populate the connect board columns with what was there before. Help! TIA

The 1st row was manually created. The 2nd row was created thru automation.
