Pre-filled form response and automation

Hello,

We are setting up multiple intake forms, and we’re looking for a way to have a pre-filled checkbox to the question “Subscribe to our newsletter.” Manually unchecking the box will opt out from subscribing to our newsletter.

A couple of things we’re looking for:

1. Is there a way to set-up a prefilled checkbox in a form?
2. Is there a way to set-up an automation where a checked box in a form triggers a new subscriber in Mailchimp?

You can set the Checkbox in monday forms to be checked like so:

And regarding triggering an automation based on a forms submissions checkbox value, you can’t do it directly but there is a workaround - checkout the disscousiton here.
