Project Board Conversion - Incorrect Status Column

I converted a standard Monday board to a project board. In the process, I selected the wrong status column. That status column is used to display the project progress but it is showing incorrect data. How do I change the columns it pulls the status from to make the Overview dashboard display correct information?

Easy peasy! Go to the project board, click the 3 dot menu at the top right, then go to More actions, then Update project structure. You’ll be able to re-select the project’s status and timeline columns.

Thanks for that information but it appears that option doesn’t exist, unless I am looking in the wrong place.

Is it possibly a setting in the Manage project components option in the menu? It’s weird that we have different options - are you an admin on your monday account?

May be a beta feature, in gradual release, or locked behind enterprise tier.

Nothing like that under Manage project components. I did check and don’t have full administrator access to Monday, just ownership permissions to the workspace.
