This automation is not populating the push date for the SLA column. What am I doing wrong?
You need to actually do the following recipe:
The reason is, that SLA Date needs a date in it first, before it can be pushed. So you need to set it to today AND then push it.
That’s kind of what I figured after I posted but thank you so much for confirming. Worked like a charm!
