We use Monday to keep track of jobs in the shop. I have seen integrations for QR codes tracking products or tasks. I would like to be able use a QR integration that will create an item and also pulls the unit’s serial number, model number, and customer info. I imagine the first time through we’d have to record the info, but on a return visit we could just scan the QR code and have an automation create an item and enter in the column the associated data.
