Recurring tasks are done

Hi everyone.

I use Recurring Tasks for a group of 40 tasks that need to repeat on a weekly basis. However, everytime the new weekly set of tasks arrive, their status is “done”…

First I thought: maybe I accidentally created the recurring tasks while the original tasks had status “done”. So, then I created new tasks and set the recurring tasks when the originals had status “not started yet”. So that’s not the problem.

But what is? I have 0,0 clue what I could’ve done wrong.

Anyone an idea?

This has feature to explicitly set what status you want when the tasks recur, and you also have more control over due dates to set, or group where to move the new item to, etc

Have you checked your automation to ensure that you didn’t select that status ?
