I have a board for recurring tasks. One group for daily, one for weekly, one for monthly. We change the status of each item as it is completed. But these are recurring tasks, so I wanted the status to change back to “new” at the trigger time (daily/weekly/monthly). I created two automations: Every (time), clear status and When a new item is created, change status to new. Both work, but at the trigger time, the status always changes to another label besides “new.” What am I doing wrong?

Or have you thought of just archiving those completed tasks and then adding new ones?
