Recurring tasks every 3rd thursday of the month

Is there a way to create recurring task automations where the timing is done by week number and day of week?

Like the subject/title says, “every 3rd Thursday of the month”

I cannot set to be “every month on x day,” because then it will not always fall on Thursday, and I cannot set it to be “every x weeks on Thursday” because then it will not always fall on the third week.

I’ve asked this before and not gotten any solutions or even any workarounds… is there anything I can do to make this happen?
