I would really love it if there was a way for the assigned time to be removed from a user on Workload view when the item is done. I don’t want to use an automation to remove the hours or the task, as that would skew the retroactive view. I just don’t want the hours to show in the days following a task being completed. Right now we are assigning work over longer periods than it takes to be completed, since it’s uncertain when our inputs are going to be coming in. For example, a 4h task might be completed over 2 weeks. If it comes in on day 4 and is actioned, I would like those 4h to be cleared from the remaining period.
