Resource details for team members

As a PM,
I want to enter details like rate per her/day for each of the member of my team, their expertise etc so that when I assign them to tasks, I can create metrics around cost of a project by hrly/day rate and expertise.

Hi,

You can create a board to list out all the individuals and their hourly/day rates along with their expertise…Then, use a connected boards column to mirror these rates into your project tasks.
Basically then when you assign team members to tasks, you can automatically pull in their respective rates and calculate the cost of each project based on those rates
