The default emojis that are displayed when responding to an update are in fact the “generic” emojis which are usually found in the color yellow. Given the diversity of users at Monday.com I would like to propose users be able to assign their default “skin tone” option at the user level. This would be a benefit to displaying team diversity on the platform.
Currently in order to customize hand emojis, you need to take the extra step to click the “plus” icon to change the color of the emojis. In terms of the facial expressions and people emojis, they are only available in yellow at this time.
