We need the ability to send files as attachement on emails. I use Microsoft Power Automate to automate most of our processes and some of them requiered to manage documents on the File Colunm. It would be great if the “Send Email” automation is capable of send any file on file column as an attachement, not a link.
Not having this option create a lot of manual process to manage the files we receive on a form.
Another must-have is the ability to automatically add attachements on emails to the file column when creating items by email. Instead of having to look up the file on the Comments (Update section). Another easy work-around would be to add the file from the Files Gallery on the Update section to the file column. Currently, you would have to download the file to your computer and then upload it again to the file column wasting time and storage on the account.
