I am looking to be able to house one file in my Monday board and have this file automatically attached to a file column. This way, I can automate my outgoing emails!
Is there anyway to do this?

Thanks for posting about this! If your goal is to send out emails with the file included automatically, files in the file column are not supported. That being said, you could link to cloud-hosted files by using a link column. Have you already tried this out?
Then you can pull the link into the email being sent out by the Gmail or Outlook integration!
