Send transactional emails to current (paying) app users

I am looking for the suggested way to get the latest contact information of every account that has installed your app.

How would you fetch contact information if you need to send your active customer base some important information. Think about, price changes, policy changes, or stuff like outage reports.

I know that you receive an email address of the user that installed the app in the account in an app event, but chances are high that that user is not with the company anymore if you need to send the account an email a year or two after they became a customer.

Depends on the type of app, but at runtime you can harvest it and store it someplace to use.

But the only question is if you’re using monday code and want the badge, are you permitted to send this data to a marketing/communications platform?
