I have a board with clients/users and another board with files. I would like to send files to clients depending in their needs. As i have two boards, one with files and the other with users, when i try to send an email from users board i am not able to see the files.
- I have tried connecting the boards and morroring the file, but in that case in the email the file is not recognized.
- I have tried saving the files in email templates, but email templates do not save files.
Has someone got a solution, workaround.
The only way I see is storing in dropbox and saving links in the templates but would like to do it directly through monday to ensure that the link belongs to the monday file.
