THE ISSUE:
No time intervals between email sends in a sequence result in spam filters being triggered and email accounts getting blocked

SOLUTION:
One of the most standard tools with a CRM’s email sequencing/automation is the ability to have a small (60-120second) time interval between email sends. See This is what I was trying to send - Time interval between two emails - Saleshandy 3.0 as an example.

I agree with this. I will log this as a separate request, but there is also a related issue of daily send limits. This is dependent in your email provider, so needs to be a global or sequence level setting. Presently, all sequence members are emailed at once.
