Set Group Color through API at Create or Update

Suggest that the API be modified so group color can be set or changes using the create_group mutation. Also that an update_group mutation be added.

I also greatly support this.

If you do integration/automation between Monday and other services it’s a mess right now, creating groups either provides you really bad color combinations or just the same color one after the other… Any widget dashboards look really bad due to this.

I would have expected at a minimum that the color choosing algorithm would be a bit more wise and will choose unrelated colors if groups are created one after the other

There is a request for this since Feb 2021, could you provide an ETA for such API improvements? Is there a url where a feature road map can be seen?

Define group color during group create

Hi team, When creating groups through the API I don’s see a possibility to define the group color. Am I overlooking something or do I try to stretch the API too much

We send tasks through from regular Assessments and the color of the Group needs to be consistent for each board for user clarity.
