As perfectly stated in the following FAQ question, I would like to ability to see an item in the My Week view which has a Timeline column (rather than a date column). Currently, the item only appears in the My Week view on the final date of the Timeline. I think this item should appear in the My Week view through every day that the Timeline extends. This allows me to see, at a glance, what items are currently in progress
Timeline in My week is a perfect match! This would totally empower the My week overview section. Great idea.
To be honest, the ‘my week’ agenda is useless the way it is because if any of your task/pulse timelines are more than a single day, ‘my week’ doesn’t tell you they need working on (apart from on the last day)! I tend to leave things to the last minute, but scheduling software that encourages this is ridiculous!
Was there any movement on this?
any updates? We use monday on tablets in our workshop.
But its verry hard for employees to know what to work on as they can not see the tasks in my week even if the timeline is in the week…
This makes no sense how it currently works - going by end date means tasks that are currently in progress (e.g. start date has passed) but not due to finish for some time (e.g. a few weeks) are buried all the way down the list even though technically they are active “today”.
