We are in need of an automation that will take the summary average of a formula in a sub-item column (Show Summary on Parent Item) that will change the status of another column. We want to change the priority status to High, Medium or Low depending on the number showing in the summary.
There is the recipe:
• When a number is greater than a value, change status to something.
The issue is the number reflected in the Show Summary on Parent Item is not reflected as a number and doesn’t appear as an option. I have tried doing a custom automation but nothing I have tried will work. We really want to automate this but can’t seem to find something to make it work.
