When viewing items (tasks) in a board, there is a “+” in a comment bubble next to the task name that allows the user to view Updates, Files, and an Activity Log. However, when a dashboard is open, and a user clicks on that same task to view its details, that “+” is no longer present. Therefore, when a dashboard is used in a collaborative discussion, the discussion leader has to leave the dashboard and navigate to the connected board in order to view updates. It would be much more convenient and easier to use if that “+” was included in the dashboard item summary pop-up window so that Updates, Files, and the Activity Log can also be accessed from the dashboard view.
