Solution for More Visible User Notifications in Monday.com

Hi Monday.com Community! :waving_hand:

I’ve run into a limitation and would love your insights. I’m looking for a way to display highly conspicuous notifications or pop-ups when users perform specific actions in Monday.com—something more attention-grabbing than the current notification system. For example:

  • A pop-up that appears front-and-center if a user changes a critical status or leaves a required field blank.
  • A bold warning that can’t be easily missed (like a modal or toast message).

My questions:

  1. Is this possible natively in Monday.com today? (I’ve explored automations and notifications but haven’t found a way to make them “unmissable.”)
  2. Is there a Marketplace app that could achieve this? (I’ve browsed but may have missed something!)
  3. If not, how might we request this as a feature? This would be a game-changer for workflows requiring user acknowledgments or warnings.

I’d hugely appreciate any workarounds, app recommendations, or votes of support if others need this too!
