Is it possible to duplicate the columns that a main task has into the subtask?!
I need to split assigned user time on the task un-equally and the only way I can think to do this is to put one person as a subitem.

You can duplicate subitems columns: 
If you’re looking to split assigned user time unequally, however, I would recommend making a subitem per person and having them track time/have a numbers column on the subitems
