Subitem notifictions

Is it possible to set an alert using automations for a single subitem, irrespective of owner/person column?

Specifically, I have a task loaded in Monday and want an alert, only on that one subitem, to be sent to me a week before

Hey there - in theory yes, but not across a board, only for a single item (or in this case, subitem)
