Subitems Reordering Themselves

We use monday.com to manage our Creative Services Team’s projects, and we use subitems to track the tasks of the project. We are having an issue with subitems reordering themselves randomly. Is anyone else seeing this? I reached out to support, but they want a screen capture of it happening, and it’s difficult to get that since it’s seemingly random.
