I am new to Monday.com and I am not sure if this is the right location for this. What I am trying to do is I have 2 boards, for 2 different employees. However one of their to-do items and subitems is the same. I have setup a template but when I update the templates subitems, like if I add one, I want it to sync to their boards. So say in my template I have Weekly item, then under it I have Subitem 1 and Subitem 2, then I add Subitem 3. I want to push Subitem 3 to the other boards. is this possible? I want to manage things in one place and not remember to add it to everywhere.

Yes - this is possible with the Mirror Item Multiple Boards app.
Mirror Item allows you to add the same item + subitems with updates+replies included to multiple boards, and keep them in sync.
Also any new subitem that gets created on either of the board, is automatically created on the linked item and fully syncs too.
No need to setup complex automations or workflows.
