I’ve tried using the Chat feature to access support but nothing happens when I click “Live Chat.”
I’ve tried multiple browsers, and I’ve had a member of my org’s IT team on a screen-share with me to make certain it’s not an issue with our browser settings (I’ve never had any problem with support chat windows on other sites).
I just tried on my side and it appears to be working for me, I am using Chrome. I checked the status.monday.com site as well and nothing has been reported on support. Sorry I don’t have any troubleshooting advice, but maybe emailing support to look into this is the best path forward.
Thanks. We’re using Chrome. I’ve tried it in Incognito mode and I’ve tried using Microsoft Edge. Nothing is working, and support is not particularly responsive over email.

It may be that your company’s network (or firewall) is blocking something which is causing the live chat to malfunction.
Try using the live chat on your home wifi and home computer and see if it works?
It does seem to be something related to blocking. Oddly, we have a number of other vendors who provide the same type of in-browser chat support and those all work. There must be something specific to this “ada” chat client. Our IT department is looking into it.
