Once a task is marked done, add automation to delete from google calendar.

We recently launched the app Google Calendar Sync - monday.com App Marketplace, which allows you to configure item/event based deletion rules, so that when item is deleted from board (or status is changed to Done), linked event will be deleted. It should fit your use case perfectly.
