Description
Activities/Tasks within a Sequence should be automated so that when the Activity is marked as Done within the Sequence, the Status is flipped to Done on the Activities board.
Example: Salesperson sets a sequence to send an Email, wait 2 days and then a Follow-up Call, then another Follow-up Email 3 days later. The Follow-up Call needs to be Manually marked as Done within the Sequence to trigger the 2nd Email.
The Follow-up call is logged on the Activities board as Open so that the Salesperson can see their Activities for the day.
Once they make the Follow-up Call, they need to go to the Sequence to Mark as Done then go back to the Activities board to change the Status as Done.
This should be an automated process.
What are you trying to achieve
Limiting the number of “touches/clicks” the salesperson needs to make to mark a Task within a Sequence. Too much back and forth between the Sequence and the Activities board.
