For rolling out boards to new users, and for high-level project planning, I want to be able to customize the view of boards with text boxes. Need to copy in some explanation of use of the board, copy in strategic initiative info, etc. I commonly do this with spreadsheets but cannot do this with Monday boards. It is a limitation.
You could use the board description for that.
