This problem is simple, but I am currently bogged down with tech support, so I thought I’d try my luck here.
As a preface, because everyone seems to ask this first …
- Yes, I am the admin.
- Yes, I went into the admin settings for M365 to expressly authorize the link to Monday.com for my small business team.
- Yes, that authorization was recognized by M365.
- No, this problem described below does not seem to have anything at all to do with “permissions.”
So, I went into Monday.com, chose a board, selected “Integrations,” clicked on MS Teams, and attempt my first link. When I reached the option to choose which “Team,” I received the error message “Failed to Load Options.”
Has anyone encountered this situation in a setting that did not involve a simply resolution of admin “permissions”?
