The attempt to select a MS Team Channel within Monday.com produces a "failed to load option" error message.

This problem is simple, but I am currently bogged down with tech support, so I thought I’d try my luck here.

As a preface, because everyone seems to ask this first …

  1. Yes, I am the admin.
  2. Yes, I went into the admin settings for M365 to expressly authorize the link to Monday.com for my small business team.
  3. Yes, that authorization was recognized by M365.
  4. No, this problem described below does not seem to have anything at all to do with “permissions.”

So, I went into Monday.com, chose a board, selected “Integrations,” clicked on MS Teams, and attempt my first link. When I reached the option to choose which “Team,” I received the error message “Failed to Load Options.”

Has anyone encountered this situation in a setting that did not involve a simply resolution of admin “permissions”?
