Can you add an optional setting on Timeline + Duration where instaed of days on the calendar, you pick hours in a workday?
Instead of typing in 3 days in the duration, I want to be able to start with a specific time like 9am and have it block out 3 hours, so from 9am -12pm. The duration would effectively be a time estimate.

Great question. There is a long-running thread in the community that goes into this issue: Start and end time in date column.
The option generally is to work around this with a start date column and a second date column or a duration column (eg. numbers). But integration with views and widgets will be limited.
There are a few calendar options in the marketplace (like ours, Calendar Plus) to manage start+end dates in a calendar view.

I second this. Just recently started using Calendar Plus. Has solved the missing functionality.
Thanks! I didn’t find that original thread on the forum. I appreciate you sharing it, especially as Monday confirmed they have no plans to develop it. I’ll keep Calendar Plus in mind, but I already pay for both Work Management and CRM, so I’ll probably figure out workarounds vs. add to our software expenditure with marketplace addons. If we’re doing manual stuff though, sometimes the extra expense is well worth it!
