The green box shows the timelines. As expected if a task is past due it turns red.
The red box is a mirror column that adds up the timelines from subitems. It does not show it as red if late. I kind of understand this as it’s non standard but any way for these to show late or not?
The yellow box is a standard timeline for subitems. It does not show red for late items? Why? On a side note it DOES show the black/grey bars if it’s still inside the timeline.
Essentially we want the timelines to be a sum of all subitems and to indicate if it’s late or not (by turning red etc…)
How best to approach this?
