Track Submitted Form Items per/client

Hey all

Hoping to find some assistance with a possible automation for submissions tracking purposes.

We currently have a board setup that tracks each client we’re working with, with the Item Name being the Client/Company’s name.

On another board, we have clients submit certain information via Monday Form.

What I’m wanting to do is somehow track which of the clients listed in that first board have submitted forms each month on the other specified board.

The Item Name for both of these boards is the client name.

Would this be something that could work with the match automation? Or is there an integration I could look into that could help? We do currently use Make.com for some other automations, but not sure if that would be the best to manage something like this.

It can be done with the Advanced Formula Booster.
Do I understand your clients submit forms every month? How would you format the data in the top board? One column per month? Would you use a checkbox or a number column to count the submittals for each month?
