There is a feature request for this *WARNING* Emails & Activities Automation Is Messing With Your Reports!
I’ve done some automations in the past ie a column that increases by 1 each time an email and/or reply sent and then used those numbers and a formula column to get reply rate. I’ve not found a workaround for open/click rates.
