I have chatted with an agent about this, and he confirmed it is currently not possible.
What I would like to do: When I initiate a mass email blast from a board, I would like to be able to track the opens and clicks in a column on the board. That way, we can sort by who opened the email the most. It would be nice to do this with link click counts or other email performance data as well.
Right now, the only places to see this kind of information are (1) in the “Emails and Activities” tab in an item’s ‘item page’, and (2) in the “Mass email tracking” tab found on the left side panel. Furthermore, on either of those screens, there is no button to export this data to a column on the board that was used to create the mass email, nor is there any other way (e.g. API or export to .csv/.xlsx) to pull this data without manually copy-pasting for each campaign.
