Trial ended and it won't let me in to the individual platform

  1. I tried support - they seem to be busy
  2. I only have 1 user - ME as admin
  3. It keeps saying I need to remove users?!
  4. online help says it will automatically rollover to individual plan - and it’s not

What happens once my trial expires?

Once your trial expires, you have two options:

  • You can upgrade to a paid account: Standard, Pro or Enterprise. To learn how to upgrade your account, check out this article.
  • If you choose to not upgrade to a paid plan, your account will automatically be moved to the free plan.

I really need to get into my data - has this happened to anyone??

Hi @randeecpa - Did you get help yet from monday․com? I think your account was part of a test for the new Individual plan and perhaps there is a bug in the transition from Trial. If you still need help, send me an email at deb@polishedgeek.com and I’ll see if I can help.
