I have integrated WPforms and monday.com and it works realy nicely.
I want to add an automation that will distribute the coming rows per selected value in status field “City” so when a City is X send item to X board.
The thing is that all the automation relay on status change which does not happen here…
This is a bit of a tricky one…it is a bit of a limitation at the moment. Is it possible to set a custom status when you create the item through the automation? I’m wondering if maybe we can make use of this:
So for example, create the item with a status of “Miami” and it will move the item to the “Florida” group.
