I want to take a long text column on a board and turn that information into Notes on a dashboard. WE are doing a survey and there is a written response question. When I go into the dashboard and choose notes there is no Setting setup to obtain information this way. Does anyone know if this is possible through an app?
Do you have multiple lines with text that you want to pull in? Could you use a table and only show that column?

- Apps like General Caster or Make can also be used to push this data elsewhere (like a Google Doc, PDF, or another board) that you could then reference on your dashboard.
3. Use an Automation + Integration
If you’re comfortable with tools like Make or Zapier, you can:
- Watch the board for new survey responses
- Send those long text entries to another system (like Google Docs or Notion)
- Embed or link that output into the Monday dashboard using the Link or Embed widget.
