Hi, just upgraded from free to standard. In a large organizations, but two of us are test driving at the moment.
I wanted the option to create my own email signature. I understand we are stuck with Monday branding unless we go to Pro. Does this also rule out personal email signatures.
Also wanted ability to make email templates. That option is no longer present. Does that require Pro as well? Thank you.

If you are referring to the Gmail Integration and the Emails & Activities App, then you can indeed add signatures to your emails!
There shouldn’t be a limit to the Pro Plan for this ability, so to the best of my knowledge you should be able to add this on the Standard Plan.

As for templates, the Outlook Integration and Gmail Integration are effectively already “templates” as they send out the same message to the appropriate person/email based on a specific trigger:

There was no ability to do an email signature nor to do an email template until I upgraded to Pro. Now I can do it but it costs me. If you are sure I can get these features on Standard please join me on a zoom and we can do it together.
