Unable to invite a viewer to a shareable board

Hello.
I’m working with different clients, some of them are guests and other are viewers.
I would like them to be able to see the same board, but I can’t invite viewers to sharable boards, and I can’t give guests the permission to see main boards. Is there a solution?

There, https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002144900-What-Are-The-Levels-of-Users-In-My-Account- , it says that " they have access to the main board section and to the shareable or private boards you decide to share with them", so that seems weird.

This certainly sounds odd as you should be able to invite a viewer to a shareable board just as you would a member. Would you mind sending a short screen recording of the steps you are taking so that I can take a look and try to help further from there?

Thank you for your help, I managed to do it in the end, I don’t know why it wouldn’t work, I must’ve done something wrong.
