Use Formula to sort data?

I am currently using this formula to combine data from two columns: {Female Shoe Size} & {Male Shoe Size} so that I can create a stacked chart and filter by groups. However, when I set the sort order for the X-axis to ascending it will place “Infant/Toddler 12” before “Infant/Toddler 6” presumably because there is not a zero before single digit numbers. Is there a way to modify the formula so that data is sorted with single digit numbers first?

@SarahO

Yes, there is. But I suspect that the easier way would be to add an extra space in the labels that have 1 digit.

If that doesn’t do it, let me know and I’ll give you the formula.

@JCorrell
The extra space fixed it and I’ve made the adjustment to my board template. However, I already have data that I’ve collected via a form so I cannot alter the existing labels for a couple of boards. Could you provide the formula for me to use with those? I really appreciate it!

@SarahO

You might want to check that you can’t change the labels. Status columns basically work using the label id’s. In most situations, the labels can be changed at any time.

@JCorrell
You are correct! This board is generated by a form so I was trying to edit the label in the form view instead of the directly in the board view. Thank you!

@SarahO

Great, glad you got it solved.
