Use Monday as MS Project

I would like to use Monday as MSProject :

  • My resources with an occurancy rate
  • A calendar of working days
  • I create tasks with a start date, a dependency or a milestone, a duration and a resource
    and automatically it makes my gantt
    How is it possible ?
    Moreover, I want the progress bar to refer to the percentage of days worked on my projects and not to the status done or not
